A few projects I worked on.
LLM triage agent for IT support
An agent that reads support emails and call summaries and opens, categorises and updates ITSM tickets, with code checks around every model step.
Platform for reviewing and reporting online content
A platform that helps operators review content found online, report it to the platforms that host it and follow up on each report.
Agentic file ingestion and legacy ETL migration
Retiring a legacy ETL estate in favour of PySpark while keeping lineage, and an ingestion flow where a sandboxed agent writes loaders for unseen file layouts.
Enterprise knowledge assistant (RAG)
A chat assistant that answers from internal document libraries and optional web search, cites its sources and can return a Word report.
